This position oversees the development, implementation and use of technology throughout the company, while working closely with staff to assess and address user and company needs.
Areas of responsibility include the full range of information systems, network infrastructure, data security and telecommunication activities, including determining user requirements, providing front-line IT support for daily operational activities of the organization, recommending practical solutions and leading the company-wide efforts to improve the effective use of technology in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
This is a hybrid role with two to three days in-office requirement.
Requirements:
Lead the IT department's operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
Design and manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, peripherals, cloud services and Office Automation in a secure IT environment.
Provide experience and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions and the maintenance.
Oversee systems development and enhancement and the integration of new systems with existing systems.
Benchmark, analyze, report on and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
Administer the Active Directory domain including user accounts/rights/permissions, group policies, etc.
Work with management and staff to develop strategies and plans to enhance client services, improve user effectiveness and foster innovation.
Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems.
Oversee IT staff and users, including training, evaluation and guidance.
Develop the IT staff to meet the changing needs of users, groups and offices, new projects and technologies, and varying staff strengths.
Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements and documentation of modifications and upgrades.
Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
Review, develop/improve, and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision.
Manage servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment.
Manage telecommunications infrastructure and development plans, projects, policies and procedures.
Ensure Data Integrity Negotiate and administer vendor contracts and service agreements.
Work with management to support and promote the firms overall mission and follow all standards, policies, procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
Identify proper workflows for our system setups and maintain infrastructure as future changes are made.
Manage financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Education:

years of IT experience and 5
years of IT leadership experience Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals Knowledge of Unix/AIX/Linux operating systems.
MCP and/or MCSE certifications are a plus Preferred experience with Office 365, Google Cloud Platform, Infor SxEnterprise, Epicor, Tour de Force CRM Proven and effective history in the mapping of business needs to technology selection and implementation Demonstrated proven results in creating real enterprise value via technology usage Analytically and quantitatively astute; comfort with financial planning and business case evaluation Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
