This position plays a critical role on the Child Services team supporting clients and providers, in accessing the Care4Kids child care subsidy in order to ensure that children can benefit from high-qualitychild care.
This position is ideal for an individual seeking to get their foot in the door within an organization that is changing lives in our state for the better.
What you will doYou will take incoming calls from CT families seeking assistance to pay their child care expensesYou will help child care providers with eligibility and invoice questions relating to the Care4Kids programYou will support employers in ensuring that their staff can benefit from Care4Kids child care subsidiesWhen and where you will workThis is a full-time position working 8:

Employment begins with in-person classroom training in our beautiful new office space! After a few months of continued learning on the job, you will be eligible to work from home for a portion of your work week.
The Pay and
Benefits:
$20.
00 per hour base pay.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
You'll be paid an additional $0.
75 per hour worked for proven bi-lingual skills ($1.
50 more per hour for Spanish and Portuguese).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
