PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support within the Department of Administration and Executive Office.
The successful candidate will excel in managing administrative tasks with precision and professionalism, ensuring seamless execution of job duties.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently to support the office.
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive office.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for administrative and executive meetings.
Provide top line support to management in areas of administration, including business services and contracts and procurement process Maintain accurate and efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with budget monitoring and expense tracking for administrative and executive team.
Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizing, and responding promptly as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred, but not required.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate or government environment.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
Track record of a resilient and adaptive style while remaining calm in demanding circumstances.
Strong verbal and writing skills and ability to interact with Senior Level team.
Result oriented, ability to think proactively and quickly.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including the MS Office suite of programs, Teams, and Zoom.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
