Description
SUMMARY:Manages, plans, designs, and implementsnew features and enhancements for our agent software products as well as internal applications. Manage a small team of excellent software developers while also getting to contribute to the development of the software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following: other duties may be assigned.
Evaluate business requirements and determine the appropriate / optimal solutions (including feasibility analysis, design, work estimates, user performance needs, testing strategies, development, operations management, and supportability)
Prioritize, assign, monitor, and review development activities for the team
Write documentation that describes the solution: design, use cases, plans, etc.
Build/develop, test, and debug solutions
Coordinate the deployments with the users to ensure satisfactory results
Provide input and help shape IT Policies
Mentoring and development of the team
Performs other related duties as assigned

Demonstrate a broad understanding of systems analysis principles, practices and procedures
Implement (and sometimes define) design patterns for various systems

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
B.S or higher in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems (preferred but not required depending on experience).
Demonstrate expertise in:
C#, MVC, Web Services, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, WCF, IIS, and Visual Studio
Working knowledge of:
T-SQL, and stored procedures, Source code control systems (SVN), Change management, Sharepoint, and MS Office products
Any knowledge of the following is a plus:
Cruise Control, MS Build, Scrum, JIRA

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
