Senior Bridge Engineer / Project Manager

Company is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer and/or Project Manager for the planning and design of conventional and innovative bridges to support our transportation design services within Connecticut, especially ConnDOT and large municipalities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience leading bridge projects through both design and construction
Demonstrated success in business development, client service and project delivery
ConnDOT bridge design and construction engineering/administration experience
Additional responsibilities will include:
Participating in proposal writing, interview preparation and presentations,
Managing project schedules, budgets and staffing requirements,
Performing engineering calculations, analysis, and design,
Coaching and mentoring technical staff,

Qualifications:
Knowledge of ConnDOT Bridge Design Manual, AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
Demonstrated and recognized technical leader in the industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required. Master's degree in structural engineering is preferred.
Experience: 10 -15 years of proven related experience in a consulting engineering firm or State Department of Transportation.
Registrations: Professional Engineering (P.E.) Registration is required. Connecticut license is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
