Qualifications:
PATENT PARALEGAL - This position provides support to Henkel patent attorneys and patent paraprofessionals, at both the physical site at which he/she works and remote sites at which other Henkel patent attorneys and patentparalegals paraprofessionals. The position requires a keen sense of attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments, the ability to work independently on the one hand and in concert with the activities of others -- locally, across other Henkel NA sites and with colleagues in Dusseldorf -- on the other.
Responsibilities:
Patent-related document and form preparation. Patent application preparation and filing support, as well as prosecution support in the US Patent and Trademark Office and non-U.S. patent offices. Electronic filing at the US Patent and Trademark Office. Attorney docket management. IP/M&A transaction support. Correspondence with outside counsel, both domestically and abroad Client/inventor/outside counsel communication, interface, and support. Close and cooperative working relationship with other patent paraprofessional(s) at this and remote locations. General mail, correspondence and filing support. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements Five years law firm or corporate experience handling patent related matters required. Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Strong familiarity with Outlook required. Familiarity with patent database systems desirable, such as Patricia and/or CPA/Memotech patent database systems. 1 -- Experience with patent related matters 2 - Well versed in US patent practices 3 - Thrives in a team environment 4 - Strong communicator

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
