Outside Sales / District Manager

The Outside Sales / District Manager promotes the sales of payroll outsourcing services along with related high value solutions to small and medium sized businesses in a defined geographic territory. To develop and maintain referral relationships with accounting professionals, clients, strategic partners and networking groups. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
Works in the field selling and establishing new accounts and servicing existing clients through a well-planned daily, weekly and quarterly business plan.
Calls on existing and potential sales channels (e.g. accounting professionals, brokers, prospects, bankers, leads groups, etc.) to develop partnerships and establish leads
Sells payroll and ancillary services through a tailored and consultative presentation directed toward individuals and groups while responding to questions and influencing results
Requires strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills to effectively meet sales goals and build solid channel partner and client relationships
Prepares paperwork for submission to new accounts department while also working with them to ensure proper on-boarding of clients onto the system
Keeps management informed by utilizing SalesForce daily and other weekly activity trackers to conduct monthly and annual territory analysis
Resolves customer complaints by partnering with operations and Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in scheduled Learning Management System (LMS) trainings, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies as approved by your RSM
Contributes to individual and team quota by accomplishing minimum required Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and attends weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with RSM
Ability to utilize software or technical applications and systems (e.g. Sales Force, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Office) at an intermediate level as needed
Ability to understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions
Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to frequently juggle shifting priorities and deadlines and deal with various complex issues at a departmental or functional level
Requires an understanding of multiple channel partner programs
Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, kneeling, driving a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs
Occasional long, irregular hours
Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Office technology tools and proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer
SalesForce experience a plus
Must be willing to travel as required for the position
Must possess strong communication skills (written and oral)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one to three (1-3) years of business to business sales experience preferred OR equivalent combination of education and experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
