The candidate will be responsible for project management, infrastructure consulting, system analysis, documentation, while strengthening our relationship with internal users, external partners, our outsourced IT vendors, and internal IT colleagues regionally, as well as globally.
The candidate must have network security experience with emphasis on firewalls, network specifications, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
The position will require some travel and candidates willing to be mobile are preferred.
The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships will be essential to the candidate's success.

Responsibilities:
Consult and advise on process improvements
Troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
Manage projects in the area of network and security. Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets related to projects; monitoring expenses.
Proactively identifies areas/opportunities for improvement
Involvement in the full project lifecycle
Handle multiple, concurrent activities and prioritize responsibilities; Work collaboratively to communicate and share ideas to ensure team goals are achieved
Identify and raise dependencies, risks, and issues to the team and/or IT management in a timely manner and help with the risk mitigation plan, ensuring minimal impact on the project plan
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Management
5-10 years of IT experience; ITIL knowledge required
Project management experience required; PMP certification preferred
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills; ability to analyze complex processes.
Network Security, Information Security Policies, Network Troubleshooting, Firewall Administration, Network Protocols, Routers, and Switches. Experience with voice, client, Active Directory, and servers a plus
