Henkel believes in securing the future of the company by developing talented people within the organization. The Henkel Inspired Leadership Track (HILT) program was designed to train and assimilate recent college graduates on our systems, processes, and unique culture.
What we offer (Job Duties):
Successful candidates will work in various departments over a period of approximately 18 months and will gain unparalleled experience and insight into how a Fortune Global 500 company operates.
This program is located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut and includes rotations in the following key functional areas: Finance, Purchasing, Business Controlling and Integrated Business Solutions (IT).
This opportunity will also require an 8 -12 week assignment in our Scottsdale, Arizona office.
Who we are looking for:
Master's Degree in Information Systems Management or related field or MBA required.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Open to opportunities for relocation.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SAP a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
