Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES NEEDED: MUST SPEAK FLUENT BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE.
Ten years of experience in related field
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, commercial design or visual communications
Possesses well-developed page layout and creative design skills (professional portfolio required)
Thorough understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design
Requires the ability to consistently produce a high volume of quality work and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills to articulate a message to a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing
Strong working knowledge of Indesign and Photoshop
Dreamweaver, html and CSS a plus
Function with minimal direction
Flexible and adaptable to change

Responsibilities:
Design for print, trade publication advertising, exhibits, events, direct mail, e-mail marketing and digital advertising
Responsible for creating multiple concepts for marketing campaigns
Present and collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing to ensure designs meets business objectives and the brief
Ensure compliance to branding strategy and identity standards
